Established in 1960, Hanby Farms, Inc. is an important part of the local and regional community surrounding Nashport in east-central Ohio. Until construction of its feed mill in 1983, Hanby Farms, Inc. provided a market for grains and a source of livestock and crop supplies. Their business today is much farther reaching than the hometown area with accounts throughout Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, New York, Tennessee and Michigan.

In 1983, Hanby Farms, Inc. became a full service supplier with the construction of a state-of-the-art feed milling facility. Since then, numerous renovations and additions, including pelleting facilities, have been made to the mill to facilitate greater volume and custom feed formulation.

In addition to wholesale and retail sales of Performance brand feeds, Hanby Farms, Inc. manufactures private labels premium quality texturized feeds for many other feed retailers. Flexibility in its operations and variety of ingredient choices allow custom feeds to be part of the normal course of business.

Transportation

Hanby Farms, Inc. has 11 available delivery trucks to insure deliveries are made in a timely manner. Located approximately 50 miles east of Columbus, it is within 3 miles of rail siting and 70 miles of barge siting to facilitate volume purchases and deliveries.
